Don't know. You'd likely have to look for types produced in Norway and Denmark.
I recall a member who posts occasionally from Denmark who has some knowledge of historic ingredients, though how historic I can't say as the vikings weren't big on written records, though there has been some recent forensic archaeology done on vessels from that time so there is some credible info.......
