I plan to use mesh bags when using fruit, take more gravity readings ( when not using fruit ), try using some clearing agents or than time and cold crashing, and to continue to read about mead making as much as possible...
I think mine cost $25 each...
Resolutions:
Make more OB traditional with conventional yeast.
Make a cyser.
Finish the time lapse project.
Work on improving my "cuts."
"Cuts"?
I have yet to make anything with OB save for one where I backsweetened with it. For the price (and conversely, the quality) of OB in the grocery store, I'll have to bite the bullet and spend some real money and order online or something.
A blueberry, mango pyment could be very interesting...1. To make at least two buckets of stock honey worth of mead (and not buy any more until I double that!)
2. Use the 20 lbs. of mango in the freezer
3. Use the 20 lbs. of blueberries in the freezer
4. Make a 14 gal pymenet out of the remaining wine kit in the cooler
