  1. Default Re-Packaging Yeast

Just wondering if anyone here had a prefered method of storing leftover yeast from a bulk package.

I was thinking about putting the remaining yeast in a different container and vac pack it with my foodsaver.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Mason jar in the fridge or vacuum seal. Those are my two favorites.

It burned in his spirit to urge his folk to found a great building, a mead-hall grander than men of the era ever had heard of, and in it to share with young and old all of the blessings the Lord had allowed him, save life and retainers." - Beowulf
