Hi!

I just wanted to point out some VERY good videos on mead making, that are on Youtube. They are all made by gotmeader smertz (AKA "Canadian Sasquatch") and go into quite a both of detail, from the designing of a mead to drinking it.

I can't recommend them enough.

I've definitely learned a thing or two from these videos and am thankful he has them out there. Sometimes the audio is awful, which can be annoying, but still worth the watch for Newbees.

Yeah, I've encouraged him to remake a few of them, now that he's had the benefit of hindsight and has some better technology. He's thinking about it, but has other things on his plate right now.
