Hi we are looking to host a national comp in Australia next year and it has been suggested that we add a category specifically for Joams as most newbies brew one and it would be a good way to get them started in comps.

I am looking to use the bjcp style guidelines and would like help in setting some up for Joam as it doesn't really fit into melomels or methaglins.

Cheers

Steve
