Default A good problem to have

I have too much commercial mead!!

Itís a good problem to have. Iíve begun stockpiling mead so that when mine has aged a little and is ready to bottle, I can make some comparisons to commercial stuff, take notes, develop my palate, and ultimately get some inspiration for my own stuff.

I drank some before I took this picture, but I just got back from the carry-out and this is the most Iíve ever had at one time. Iím super excited, especially to try the Schramm.
Raisins are NOT nutrients for yeast... but french fries ARE!

That's a pretty nice selection you've got there, Devin. I've never tried any of those. Which one are you looking forward to trying the most?
