Hi everyone!
I am just starting up and after reading for a while I decided to jump in. I am obviously starting up with a JAO 1 gallon batch but there is just a little problem ... My first language is french and in my haste to start I kinda made a mistake. You see raisin in french means grape ... however the english word raisins mean dry grape. So I kinda made my batch using 20ish green fresh grape instead of the dried ones =P
I am on my 4th day and will soon top off my jar with water. What should I do? Keep it as is or add some raisins with the water?
I just don't want to mess up the un-messable recipe, otherwise I would have to stop brewing! Joe said so in his post! =*(
Thanks!
