My first batch turned out pretty good. I used d47 but I must say it kinda sucked keeping my house below 68° haha so I'm considering switching to 71b. It says it can tolerate between 59 and 86. Does that mean I can ferment in 70 to 75 range without off flavors or fusels? Or should I invest in some sort of fermentation fridge?

I've been having good luck with 71B at those temps. That's why I use it.

Tons of yeast do ok in "room temperature. Go download the Scott's Laboratory Handbook" and in it you will find all of the info about each strain. D21, K1V, DV-10 is great for trads
