    Default Stabilizing mead

    Hi all,

I've got 2 x 1G batches and my Potassium Metabisulphite and Potassium Sorbate ready to go. I believe I have to rack onto Potassium Metabisulphite, wait 24 hours, then add the Sorbate.

I'm not sure of the amount of Meta. and Sorbate I need for a 1G batch? I've read Sorbate 1/4tsp per gallon and Meta 1/4tsp per 5 gallons?

    Any help would be appreciated!
