WW, I don't have a walk in freezer, but I have 5 refrigerators and freezers for hops, yeast, etc... how large are the concentrate containers?

The containers themselves are only 32 oz, but since they don't package their concentrates in anything under 5 gallons at the moment, getting them to do so would probably mean ordering a pallet worth of mixed flavors to test market... to get them to sell them to us at wholesale prices, as we would be the only customer for them. I'm hoping to get in touch with him in the next few days.

Oh, and for the rest of the herbal stuff (thanx, Mynx), Auntie Arwen, *the* herbal shop at Pennsic, has agreed to be our herb shop. I'm awaiting her spreadsheet of products as we speak......

Vicky - just dancing a jig that Jay can get all the Carlson stuff....

That is awesome. While Vancouver does have a great herbal shop (Gaia's Garden) it's nice to see that I can get stuff they might not carry :D

The persimmons was quite enjoyable - I would not mind another pail of that. What was the other variety you were looking to get last year?

I got sourwood last year from the same guy. And will probably get that this year too - however, the sourwood is a "late" honey whilst the persimmon is "early".
