Thread: Storage life of nutients and starters

  1. Default Storage life of nutients and starters

    In particular Fermaid K & Go-Ferm.

How long would these last if they were kept in a sealed container, maybe with some dessicant, in a cupboard ?

I'm asking because I've managed to find a supplier but they only supply in bulk, well I call it bulk.

    Fermaid K 2 kg packs
    Go-Ferm 2.5 kg packs

They also sell D47 in 500gram packs. How long would this last of kept in the fridge ?

    Hey Tyred,
    Those amounts are HUGE!!!!
Try www.morebeer.com they carry both and will ship also! Maybe the Godmead store will carry them too

    Cheers,

    Hey Brewbear,

He's in Australia, I'm pretty sure more beer will ship there, but shipping might just make it a better deal to bite the bullet, get it in bulk, then store it properly.
