Hello all! I have started this thread so we can all have the benefit of a bunch of mead songs in one place.

I don't think they meant mead but the Luke Bryant song, "Drunk on You" has this for a chorus:

<snicker> That was me in high school... or now still, but only for wearing to heavy metal concerts... one of my schoolmates used to call my favourite pair of jeans "a bunch of rips held together by a bit of denim"...

So, Neciton, I see you're her official youtube channel, did you help her make the mead? If so, have a read around here before your next batch, you'll see that it doesn't need to bubble for a whole year, we can do better than that now! I was Googling for the latest mead I prepared: Krigsmjöd. As it turns out, Finntroll has made a song with exactly that title!
