Default What Unique Honeys Do Your Bees Make

Beeks,
Wondering what unique or rare honeys do you make in your area? Kudzu Gallberry and Mayhaw are my specialties.

Default Just pulled Chinese Tallow Honey

First year of working the Chinese Tallow trees in the coastal region of SC and the bees did pretty good. I have 5 gallons of the honey and it has it's own distintive taste. Color is dark amber and should make a really unique mead.
Let me know if anyone wants to buy some. I also have FL Orange Blossom, GA Gallberry and will have about 300 to 400 pounds of Cotton Honey as soon as the bees cure it down and cap the cells.
