Default raw unprocessed honey available

I just did my second harvest. Because of the warm weather this year, the Linden bloomed early and I was able to harvest pure Linden honey in the spring. This year's summer wildflower honey has very little, to no Linden in it and is different from years past.

If anyone is interested, I have some spring linden honey, and some summer wildflower available.

PM me

Chicago area . . . will ship.

Ken

It is virtually impossible to get any variety of honey in a pure state. I am sure that the Linden, if you say so, is the predominant source. But as you know bees instinctively work all available sources. It is how God arranges for them to get a balanced diet of pollen and nectar:<}
