Hey guys just an FYI for those that live in or near houston.

is a local brew shop in Spring (just north of houston) The owner/operator Ray is selling local wild flower honey. Its filtered and tastes amazing! Its very dark and if I recall correctly he is only asking $2.30 a pound. I have tasted some local honey in Huffman but it cant hold a candle to the stuff Ray is selling.

I hope this helps some mead makers in the Houston area.
 
Ray is a great guy. He has a great store and a keeps it well stocked.
