I'm planning on
finally starting a New England cider tomorrow. I have a smack pack of Wyeast's cider yeast. I was looking over some nutrient addition schedules and I noticed the Go-Ferm is used during rehydration. But if I'm using a smack pack (and therefore no rehydration) do I still need to use Go-Ferm? Or would I just smack, wait and pitch (along with some Fermaid-K)?
