I started a thread in the General Recipe section which probably should've gone here. Instead of following two threads, could I just direct you guys to the original here?

Basically, I brewed a metheglin, a melomel, and a cyser on tuesday. They're giving off a sour smell right now, I don't really know how else to explain it.
