I just did some quick mathematics and discovered that the big cone they offer on that site, combined with a cylinder the same diameter and 36" tall would let me brew my entire years legal allotment of alcohol in one batch. A 200 gallon stainless steel conical fermenter for less than $1000!!! I know I don't have a use for it now, but someday I'd like to have a few of those in a climate-controlled warehouse steadily bubbling away.
