Default Selection of bottles

So, the braggot had run clear and I was looking at whats available in the way of bottles. 50 some odd glass bottles with crown caps and a capper seemed like a lot of work, a lot of weight and more money then I was willing to spend. 2 cases of 500 ml PET bottles with caps was; less weight, no specail equiment and less cost (a lot less), here we go.

This afternoon I desided (even though it's only been a few day) to have a couple of braggot's. A liter of 9% braggot is a bit much.

Next time I'll go with glass.

It takes me less than an hour to fill and cap a 5 gallon batch of beer once I get everything in the bottling bucket.

My wheat braggot is bubbling along very nicely right now. It should be ready to bottle in a couple of weeks. I plan on priming this batch with honey instead of corn sugar.

Hey Brian,

Though I had planned to use corn sugar, I ended up using honey. It's what I had on hand and I really didn't feel like spending an hour in traffic when all I needed from the HBS was sugar.
