Hi I am new to the meade scene and I am currently working on a batch recipe that a friend of mine gave me it called for one part honey 2 parts Organic apple juice and one part water, just made the must and its very sweet and has a good taste in my opinion. if anyone has done something like this please let me know how yours turned out. thanks,

I am currently working on my first cyser and I'm using the cyser version that I learned on this website (http://www.gotmead.com/index.php?opt...3&topic=1185.0). I modified it a little to make it sweeter, making it 1 part honey and 4 parts apple juice. I stopped fermentation at 1.020 and at first racking, it tasted really good. Sweet but not too sweet.
