Cider House Kit made with 2lbs of corn sugar and everything else done to the instructions.

Pitched yeast 11/3 without starter at 80 degrees. Fermented around 62 degrees. 1.044 OG and now 1.004 stable for two days.

For some reason it has a sour taste to it, but other than that it's good. Did I do something wrong or do I just need to wait?
