Pulled pork and mead are one of the best food/wine pairings. I serve cold dry traditional with it and everyone says it's one of those "sum is better" things. They bring out the best in each other and the combination is fantastic.

Im planning on starting some we can drink this Yule, and having some to drink next summer solstace and probably Yule too.

I LOVE mead. the sweeter the better for me
