it has been about a week since i started my JOAM.

i have been releasing air pressure every few days to prevent it from blowing up all over the place.

airlock bubbles once every second

should i open the lid and mix everything around or just leave it be?

What does the instructions say? How many times have you read to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY or all bets are off.
