Should it be cold or room temp?

Does anyone have the average starting SG for JAO. I didn't get a reading on the start of my first batch.

IIRC, I am not at the studio where my notes are my starting gravity was 1.113. I remember reading up on JAO and that was the suggested starting point again IIRC!

It's been a long freeking week!
