Well I got a lot of new stuff for Christmas, part of which included bottles and corking equipment...I couldn't help myself, I had to give it a try...I will try to be more patient on future batches.

Nice clean looking bottles... hows it taste?

Actually pretty good (the wife likes it), this one is a little sweet with a definite honey flavor...I think a few months and it'll be ready to share...I used the 187ml bottles for samples, so I can check it's progress monthly, without having to open a larger bottle.

It's actually clearer than it appears in the picture (not sure why).

Now I need to design a label...I'll probably start with something simple.
