I am poroud to say that my mead greatly impressed the guy that got me hooked on mead in the first place, and he has taken me under his wing as his apprentice. He placed really well at the Mazer Cup this last year, and has been a wealth of information and input. I am excited about what this apprenticeship means, as my mead master is looking into opening up a meadery in the area. Gotmead has been an excellent source of information for getting my mead to the point where it was good enough to present to my new mead master, and I am continuing my info searching on gotmead, Thank you all for the vast information.
