11/21 Mead Making Workshop Greetings and Salutations,
Just a reminder to come by Basement BrewHaus this Saturday 11/21 for our mead workshop. The process starts at 12 noon and will run until 3 or 4 pm. We will be making a 20 gallon batch of mead (honey wine) and splitting it into different fermenters so we can experiment with different yeasts, herbs etc.
There will be a standard mead, a cyser (honey cider mix) and different spiced meads. Out honey is local and unpasturized. There will also be tastings of a selection of different meads brewed locally.
The workshop is free but donations are accepted. We also carry everything to make your own honey wine in the comfort of your abode. Hope to see you there.
