I'm letting my cheeses get up to room temp before I tackle tomorrow's celery stuffing right now. And that last cherry mel from 5 years ago is spurring things on! Do ya think that a little cherry mead would help a cream cheese, pineapple, dill and white Tillamook cheddar would work? (rolled in coarse ground black pepper, of course). Maybe just a hint of sage? I wish I had just a tiny bit of feta to set it off...
