Could use some advice Didn't know if it was protocol to repost everything here or if just using the log thread was ok, for continuity and saving things together.

Your question in the brewlog was sufficient, sorry though, I have NFI what you should do. Maybe check the pH. I've never yet had the problem. Best I can offer is textbook advice, and you can read that as readily as I, and probably make less interpretation mistakes ;-)
