Is there a patron saint of wine making, much less mead making?

Google knows everything.

According to Wikipedia, "A vigneron is someone who cultivates a vineyard for winemaking. The word connotes or emphasizes the critical role that vineyard placement and maintenance has in the production of high-quality wine.[2] The term, French for someone who works in a vineyard, is used in Australia[3][4][5] and when referring to a winemaker from France.[6][7] Vincent of Saragossa is the patron saint of vignerons."

Just skimming other google hits, St Brigid is patron saint of beer, Saint John is the patron saint of beekeepers, although I think this page (http://citybees.blogspot.com/2006/05/saints-of-field-and-flower.html)had the most concise information, although really, it's all of questionable veracity anyway :)

I'm just loving that there is a Patron Saint of beekeeping. I think I'd like to get better acquainted with The Saints.

I'm converting to Catholicism for my wife and we've recently been talking about saints. Did many google searches for mead related saints. Came across two that really can be linked closely to mead. The first is Saint Ambrose due to the legend of early childhood. Wikipedia reads "There is a legend that as an infant, a swarm of bee settled on his face while he lay in his cradle, leaving behind a drop of honey. His father considered this a sign of his future eloquence and honeyed tongue. For this reason, bees and beehives often appear in the saint's symbology."

Next is Saint Bartholomew who is linked through a celebration with drinking mead during St. Bartholomew's day. Here's the link

Which one do you think is the patron Saint of mead? or are they both equals?
