This is one of Freddy Lopez's, my honey supplier, Melipona's bee boxes. I don't know when but Freddy and I started to talk about a branded melipona's mead.
This talk actually was started by "CotaRicaMead" few month ago. Talked about it again yesterday in our meeting at Granada and dreamed a little with a Central American Mead Industry with our branded and unique melipona's mead. Hopefully one day there will be an "Asociación Vinomielera de Centro América"
Fillet in Jalapeño Sauce was as it is supposed to be - tender, tasty and spicy.
