View Full Version : Is my mead contaminated?

I started noticing there are a lot of bubble clusters, and each cluster has a small section of it that is white in the center. I give it a shake, and they form right back up again
It's been sitting in primary for about a month now

Yeah, it's just some minor secondary fermentation or off-gassing. Definitely not infected. You're golden.
