So I am looking into ordering some pH modifier. I was just curious if there was any difference between Potassium Carbonate vs Bicarbonate.
I know it takes less carbonate than bicarbonate but is there any other differences? Does either impact final taste, aging times, or???

Thanks in advance for any info/experiences you would like to share.
