I have to say, one of the things I really like about the photos you guys send is seeing how people brew Stateside. Like when I saw someone's FermTech syphon, it made me feel a lot more normal ;D - because that's what I use, too. Now in that huge photo from Commander Toasty, are those Corny kegs? I have never seen one.

They are from wineries and are 15.5 'topping' barrels.
Typically while ageing a wine (reds) in 60 gal oak, every month they rack out and clean the barrels to continue getting maximum oak. When they do this they temporarily store in topping barrels before transfering back to the. Wine always goes back into the same oak barrel it was removed from (when new, not for long term age). There are other uses, the primary one being to have a small and easily transported amount of wine available to top off other fermenters that have suffered from leakage or evaporation.

Glad you liked the photo, but I guess I screwed up and have to take it down.

No you don't need to take it down, just resize it to 800x600 as was mentioned in my post under your question about having posting problems. If resizing is a problem let me know, I think I can help.

Cheers,

Oskaar
