Commander SAAZ Interplanetary Homebrew Blastoff

What is the Commander SAAZ Interplanetary Homebrew Blastoff? It's an A.H.A. Sanctioned homebrewed beer and mead competition sponsored by the Spacecoast Associates for the Advancement of Zymurgy (SAAZ). We will be using the 2004 BJCP style guides this year, so make sure you categorize your beers accordingly. We have the coolest Best Of Show trophy in the known Universe and will be awarding two, one for Beer, and one for Mead/Cider. Check it out on our website!
