Im rather new to winemaking and though this does not pertain to mead, I hope someone can help. I just finished my first shiraz from a kit and found I had accidentally added a little too much water. Hence the wine is light in color light in taste and does not have much of a body. Is there anyway I can add anything or do anything to help it regain its qualities?
