So I two beautiful bottles of goodness now, both racked to secondaries and airlocked. I have a question, though. My cranberry mead is happily burping away at about 1 blip/second. My strawberry wine doesn't seem quite so happy, burping at 1 blip/10 seconds. Full details at my brewblog:

Recipes (so you don't have to slog through and find them):
Cranberry mead http://scoutbrewblog.blogspot.com/2005/09/shopping-and-cranberry-mead.html
Strawberry wine http://scoutbrewblog.blogspot.com/2005/09/ants.html

Should I be concerned, or not?? I'm just wondering about the stark difference between the two brews, and since I have been fermenting stuff for less than a month, now, I feel a little panicky *grins* Thanks, guys.
