I bottled some blueberry mel a few weeks back, and there's something pretty funky going on in there: there's this faint pale thing that looks sort of like an undulating cloud. When I invert the bottle and then upright it, it disperses like tiny particles. It has also left a thin ring on the bottle at the edge of the meniscus. Everything was sanitized with excruciatingly hot water, antibacterials, and strong alcohol. It doesn't smell or taste bad, or at least not yet. I also noticed that there are faint signs of fermentation going on, though I sorbated it twice (once before bottling and once again when I first noticed the white thing), and the yeast were dead for weeks when I bottled it. Should I be concerenced and go break out some sulfite?
