There will be a mead tasting and mead demo hosted by Beer, Beer and More Beer at the Riverside Store beginning at 11:00 AM on Saturday November 19, 2005.

This will be a good opportunity for those of you in the So Cal area to meet and greet other mead makers in the area, have some tasty mead, taste some Croatian sausages and generally have a good time.

Also on the agenda is a mead making demo by me (Oskaar) and my lovely assistants! We'll be making a semi-dry sage-honey mead using some of the techniques I've posted here on Gotmead.com.

Please come out and join us at the B3 in Riverside, CA. Here's the address and phone number of the store.

1506 Columbia Avenue Suite 12
Riverside, California 92507

See you there,

I had a good time at this event today, good people, food and drink. Good meeting both Oskaar and BrewBear from GotMead, I can now put a face to the voice in my head when I read their post. Oskaaz demo showed just how simple, making mead can really be, and this was the first chance I've had to share some of my mead with other mazer's.

I'm serious!

Anthony's mustard stole the show at the Mead Event yesterday! Vicky, if you read this you should work a deal with him to sell this in your store! EXCELLENT mustard!

We all had a great time and it was neat meeting people and sharing some meadmaking stories and tasting some great meads, and good food. Those cevapcici went pretty fast! LOL

Thanks to Karl, Brewbear and everyone else who helped. A big goodbye and good luck to Karl who is moving to North Carolina!

Thanks everyone for bringing your enthusiasm to the event!!

Cheers,

Oskaar
