Hey All,

Just thought I would share the happy news that somehow I survived another year (amazing especially considering this new hobby/addiction that is mead making . . God bless a tolerant wife).

For my birthday I plan on putting together a batch of blackberry mead and racking over a cherry cyser (after church, while the wife is at her singing lessons). We are also going to have a bunch of friends over tonight and my first bottles of a blackberry honey, semi-sweet, should be ready to open.
