Well tomorrow i am going to rack my mead.. wanted to give it an extra day or so to ferment out a little drier.
So @ 3am when i get home it goes out onto the enclosed deck and then 10 or so hrs later.. after i get up and run some errands. then i will rack & stabilize and see where it goes from there..
Hopefully it doesn't freeze in the 10 hrs of 5 deg F weather
