Sounds easy right? Well I've got the books and really do my research so I don't ask too many questions but, how do you read the ph in a Blueberry Mel? The color throws it off.

So far the color is light brown so I figured it must be below 3.2 so I added some CC 1/2 tsp at a time for a total of 1 tsp. No change in the ph color. So............... I added Acid Blend at 1/2 tsp at a time for a total of 1 tsp with no change.

Well the batch was rocking before so I am leaving it alone because the ph must be ok. Airlock back on and it's going about 30 bps per minute!

Thanks for the help.
