Hi All . I just started a batch of Joe's Pyment and it appears that the honey has settled to the bottom of the jug. Any thoughts ? Thanks Mike

    Welcome to GotMead Mike,

This is a simple one to fix. Sanitize a spoon handle, or anything long and thin enough to reach to the bottom of the jug, and stir like crazy. Since this is the very beginning of your batch, you want to mix oxygen in to help the yeast, so don't worry about splashing. Go crazy until the honey has completely dissolved.

Post your recipe and log in the Brewlog section to keep us up to speed on how things are progressing. And good luck.
