DON'T SWARM - a new Papazianism

A while back I had a thought that mead making needs a slogan that we can use to encourage folks (especially NewBees) somewhat akin to Charlie Papazian's "Relax don't worry and have a homebrew."

My first thought centered around the frustration of the seemingly eternal waiting for mead (fermentation, clearing, aging, etc.) and what kept coming to mind was D.A.M.N. T.H.I.S.!

Drink A Mead Now Time Helps Increase Satisfaction!

Upon further reflection, I don't think that really works for encouragement! Besides, it's got a bad word. So after giving it some more thought, I have another idea to float - D.O.N.T. S.W.A.R.M.!

Drink One Now Then Stop Worrying About Ruining Mead!

I kind of like it better. It sounds more positive, and ties in with the bees. Call me crazy if you will, but I think a good Papzianism is sorely needed in the mead making community.

If you don't like it, then the challenge is on you to come up with a better idea - so let's hear what you've got!

Isn't it funny how new words pop into our vocabulary? A "Papazianism" is kind of like a "Coke", "Jello" or "Kleenex" for the fermentation world. I think it's time for some "Feyisms" instead. You've come up with some good ones Marc, and they all make a whole lot more sense than "RDWHAHB". Jeez! That's no way to make an S.L.A. (Seven Letter Acromnym)!

How about Mead Enjoyment Assumes Durance. Have One Now, End Yearning! Granted, M.E.A.D. H.O.N.E.Y doesn't roll off the tongue like DAMN THIS! but it has some potential...

Edit: On reflection, I think I like HONEY MEAD better. Same words, just a different order... Or maybe just Have One Now, End Yearning! If you are in a hurry, just say HONEY!

Meadmaking could use a good catch phrase, but I'd suggest not making it sound too much like a Papazianism -- might lose some of the originality of the phrase.

How about "Mead, made through the millenia, but made for the moment."
