Has anyone been able to score the recipe for the chocolate covered bacon?
It is simplicity itself. Take thick sliced bacon, fry until medium crisp (stiff and golden brown, but not too dark), dip in dark sweet chocolate that has been melted in a double boiler and allow to re-harden before serving.
Nothing special... until you taste it along with sips of Koronny. Then it is absolutely dynomite in the mouth! ;D
