    Default A YEAR already!

I've been making mead for all of one year as of this month--with many thanks to so many people here who have helped me along as I've stumbled through this first year of learning.

With many more to come, God willing.

I've about 25 gallons aging in a cool dark place, and I hope to put through several more batches this year (AFTER Norway). Now that some of my friends have tried mead, they're anxious for me to get bottling and doling out the goods.

And they're saving bottles for me now for some reason!

Sooo...now I need to figure out if the Patron fee is automatically taken care of or if I need to do something or even if I need to update the card I used last time...so many details for my pitiful little brain!

w00t w00t! When I hit the 1 year mark I was really excited because I could start telling people "Oh I've been doing this for about a year," instead of "I've been brewing for a few months."
If I could time travel, I'd probably use it to see how my brews were doing in the future.
