Just bottled my first batch of Raw Goldenrod Honey mead that I started last November. :D It never cleared perfectly, but it tastes amazing. No starting gravity reading beacuse I was dumb and didn't get a hydrometer then, but it finished at about 1.03

looking good. I've found some things just take longer to clear, I have Meadowfoam traditional I started a year ago I thought would never clear but in the last couple of weeks its suddenly dropped some sediment and cleared nicely....might have been the oak I added a couple of months ago....or it just decided it was ready

Nice label! I've done very few batches large enough to justify more than a piece of painters tape. Soon I will hit on a perfect recipe and scale to 5 gallons. And then I will need to come up with a name. *sigh*
