I've got my 1st (a traditional) and my 2nd (hydromel) currently bubbling away in South Auckland
Whereabouts are you and how long have you been making the mead?

I'm outside Palmerston North, just started; about to rack my first Mead for the second time. I did a 26 liter batch and now have 11 liters of back sweetened Mead, 11 liters of spiced Mead using Mulling spices and 5 liters of maple oak Mead. It's clearing nicely and I'm starting a BOMM 5 Gallon this weekend.
