Since I decided to jump into this mead thing with both feet, after I got the first one going I said what the heck and decided to do a melomel. I decided on blackberry after input from friends and family. What’s a general guideline for how much fruit to use? I want the taste to be there but not overpower the mead itself. I think I read somewhere it’s 2 lbs of fruit per gallon of mead?
