Where is the brewlog, John? I am curious how that peach mel is coming along. Did it foam as much as you expected? BTW, I love the picture of Raspberry Mead being poured into the glass. The swirling shape and the color of the mead in glass is absolutely gorgeous!
I have ben slacking on posting brewlogs lately. I will try to get them up there soon. The peach mel is coming along nicely. I did encounter a small problem with getting it to stablize, but I think that it will still turn out quite tasty. That D47 sure is a fast fermenter. It did not foam quite as badly as I had anticipated. I think that the cap prevented this, as it was quite heavy. I had to punch it down 2-3 times per day.
